当ファンドでは、社員が大企業等に在籍したまま自ら個人資産・外部資金により起業する「出向起業」や休職・辞職による起業を通じて組成するスタートアップへのシード投資・経営支援・起業準備支援等を行います。ひいては、トップ層の大企業社員が、所属企業から出向・休職・辞職を通じて起業することが、「当たり前」の選択肢となり、日本発の起業家の数が指数関数的に増加することを目指します。

2010年経済産業省入省後、主に化学産業の規制緩和・国家衛星開発プロジェクトのマネジメント業務に従事。米国留学中に、米国投資ファンドでの投資銘柄財務モデリング・バリューアップ業務や、小型電池製造スタートアップでの経営支援業務を実行。2018年帰国の後、内閣府での宇宙スタートアップ支援業務を経て、経済産業省で「出向起業」補助制度を自ら企画し、大企業等社員による資本独立性のあるスタートアップの起業を後押し。大企業内での出向等の意思決定に係る調整も、幅広に支援。2022年7月に経済産業省退職。2022年9月、出向起業スピンアウトキャピタル設立・運用開始。1986年生まれ。
